School Nurse services for Shearer Elementary are provided by Clark County Health Department.  I have worked in Public Health for more than 12 years and have been a nurse for 19 years.  Some of my nursing Duties include: physical assessment and treatment for students who are ill.  School Nurse duties include but are not limited to: daily medication administration, emergency care management and treatment of students with chronic conditions and triage of injuries occurring during school.
