I am a native Lexingtonian.  I recently moved to Clark County.  I have two wonderful children, who will also be attending Shearer.  This will be my 8^th year teaching elementary school. 

As a former Fayette County employee my team was chosen to present at the National Reading Conference in San Antonio, TX.  This was a part of the Kentucky Reading Project.
